Cancellations

In the event that adverse weather means a session or party cannot go ahead as planned, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit or we can reschedule your session or party.

Sessions are cancelled where weather warnings are issued for winds above 40 mph and/or heavy rain.

It is rare that we have to cancel a session.

Should you wish to cancel a party booking, notice must be given two full weeks before the party of your intention to cancel to receive a refund of your deposit.

Please make us aware of any important behavioural and medical information relating to participants.

Please note: Refunds are no longer available for holiday camps, but you can still transfer your bookings to another date within that camp. Unfortunately, you cannot transfer your booking to another camp, e.g., Easter to summer camp. 

If you need to cancel a session (little Explorers, Babes, Just for Dad's, Forest Families) then we allow you up to 72 hrs to transfer to another date. Please contact us if you have problems doing this.

We feel that we keep our prices low in comparison to other Forest School companies who charge double and more. The admin of refunding bookings would mean we would have to raise our prices in future.
